About Us

Sublime House of Tea (SHOT) is a luxury tea brand under the Prestige Group. With a presence in luxury retail and airports, we are now focused on scaling our digital footprint across D2C website sales, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.

We are looking for a Growth Manager who can own and drive our digital sales strategy, optimize performance, and scale revenue across online channels.


Role Overvie

wThe Growth Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our website and e-commerce/quick commerce platforms. This role combines data-driven marketing, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent growth
