Location: Bengaluru (in-person)
Why this role exists
We have built an AI-powered consumer research platform that takes brands from brief to full report in minutes. We work with some of India's biggest consumer companies and fastest-moving D2C brands - Coca-Cola, Britannia, Foxtale - and partner with some of the largest agencies like WPP.
We're hiring a Growth Generalist who can take an idea from a Monday-morning conversation to a shipped, instrumented experiment by Friday - and do that consistently, week after week.
What You'll Actually Do
Build and run experimentation machine
- Run a continuous experimentation program across landing pages, signup flows, lifecycle email, and demo booking
- Write user-facing copy, build the page, instrument the test, read the result - without waiting on design or eng
- Own the funnel numbers end-to-end: top of funnel through qualified pipeline through closed-won
- Maintain the metrics dashboard. If a number moves and we can't explain why, that's the priority for the day
Build and run the GTM automation stack
- Build outbound and lifecycle automations in Clay, Apollo, n8n, and AI-powered workflows with Claude Code/Codex etc.
- Maintain and evolve the automation stack as we add channels and surfaces
- Keep our tools sharper than the market - when something better ships, you've evaluated it before we miss it
Close the customer feedback loop
- Sit in on customer calls and bring back specific, named feedback
- Be the connective tissue between what we're learning in market and what our growth surfaces need to do
- Surface signal from funnel data and customer conversations to the product team
Who We Think This is For
1 to 3 years in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, GTM operations, or a founder's office / chief of staff role at a fast-moving consumer or B2B startup. You're likely coming from:
- Ex-founder at a startup more than 2 people
- A startup growth or RevOps team
- An AI-native or developer-tools company where you sat between marketing and product
- A founder's office or GTM ops role at an early-stage startup where you owned execution across whatever needed shipping
You probably:
- Have owned a growth metric end-to-end for at least 6 months and can quote the before/after number
- Built your own automations in n8n (or Make / Zapier) and have used Claude Code or similar AI tools to ship workflows without engineering support
- Are fluent in Clay, Apollo, modern email tools (Smartlead / Instantly / Customer.io / Loops), CRM basics, and at least one of GA4 / Mixpanel / PostHog
- Have shipped user-facing copy and landing pages with your own hands - not led the team that did
- Treat finishing as a virtue. You'd rather close out three experiments than start six
- Are curious about how AI is reshaping GTM craft. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should have a clear, first-principles understanding of what current tools can do
- Get excited about being the second person on a GTM function inside an AI-native company
Non-negotiable:
This role is probably not for you if:
- You want a fully-built growth function with playbooks and tooling already in place - at our stage, you're building it
- You're more comfortable in 6-week planning cycles than weekly experiment cycles
Compensation
We pay competitively against the Indian growth market for this experience level and offer meaningful ESOPs as an early Growth hire at our stage.
