This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Executive located in Gurgaon. The Growth Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing expansion strategies, conducting market analysis, managing franchise partner acquisition, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The role includes overseeing lead generation, conducting investor pitches, negotiating agreements, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth.

• Experience with Governance Frameworks, Compliance Coordination, and Documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Experience in franchise development or investor engagement would be advantageous
