We are looking for a driven Territory Growth Executive to expand our footprint in the residential solar and clean energy market. This is a high-energy, field-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building local networks, and converting leads into long-term relationships.

You will be responsible for growing revenue in your assigned territory by engaging homeowners, identifying new demand pockets, activating channel partners, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first interaction to deal closure.

What You'll Do
Sales & Market Expansion
Own revenue growth for an assigned territory through on-ground sales activities and customer interactions.

Meet potential customers in person to understand their energy needs and propose customized solar solutions.

Identify new demand areas, referral sources, and local opportunities to consistently grow the sales pipeline.

Convert inbound leads and proactively generate outbound opportunities through field outreach.

Channel & Local Network Development
Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, installers, brokers, societies, and referral partners.

Activate and manage channel partners to drive consistent lead flow and conversions.

Explore new sales channels and grassroots partnerships to increase market penetration.

Customer Advisory & Relationship Building
Act as a trusted advisor to customers by explaining product benefits, installation processes, and ROI clearly.

Upsell complementary services and upgrades that enhance customer value and system performance.

Maintain strong post-sale relationships by offering guidance, updates, and service recommendations.

Sales Operations & Reporting
Manage the full sales lifecycle using CRM toolsfrom lead capture to closure and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate customer data, sales notes, and pipeline status in CRM systems.

Track daily activities, conversion metrics, and territory performance.

Marketing & On-Ground Activation
Support local marketing campaigns, roadshows, society activations, and lead-generation events.

Coordinate with marketing teams to execute field promotions and awareness initiatives.

Represent the brand professionally during on-ground events and customer interactions.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
Hands-on experience in B2C field sales, field marketing, or direct customer acquisition.

Comfortable with on-ground execution, travel within territory, and face-to-face selling.

Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.

Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.

Experience in solar, clean energy, real estate, telecom, insurance, or consumer durables is a plusbut not mandatory.
