Job Description – Growth Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Growth Executive, you will drive outbound sales through confident cold calling and outreach to founders and CXOs. You should be fearless on the phone, able to build quick rapport, and strong at storytelling to connect client pain points with the right solutions.
You will:
- Lead generation through LinkedIn and various tools, with strong expertise in outbound prospecting
- Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Drive outbound cold calls with confidence, building trust with founders and CXOs
- Apply a consultative sales approach, understand client pain points and position solutions effectively
- Convert cold prospects into warm leads through consistent engagement and strong follow-ups
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside sales experience ( Service sales experience is preferred).
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, especially with senior leaders and founders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- A solution-oriented, consultative approach to sales.
- Exceptional follow-up skills with a focus on converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
