This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Engineer. As a Growth Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving Slate's growth by identifying and optimizing opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing data to uncover growth trends, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and implementing strategies to scale business growth. You will also communicate and demonstrate the value of Slate's solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.

• Strong Analytical Skills for tracking growth metrics, interpreting data, and generating actionable insights.
• Market Research capabilities to identify potential markets, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with an emphasis on growth strategies, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
