The Role

We are looking for a Growth Engineer for a contract-based hybrid role in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. In this position you will build and optimize strategies to bring in new customers and keep them engaged. You will handle market research and analyze data trends while working closely with the founder.

The candidate needs to be very well versed with AI agents and needs to be an automation architect or engineer. You will develop business automation flows for demand generation and take full ownership of the entire business automation section. This role comes with the perk of revenue sharing as you help accelerate our growth through technical and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage business automation flows to drive demand generation.

• Use AI agents to streamline company operations and growth.

• Research the market and analyze data to find new opportunities.

• Work directly with the founder to align marketing campaigns with lead generation goals.

• Propose and execute growth ideas that align with our brand.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to find trends in data.

• Experience in market research and turning industry data into actionable plans.

• Clear communication skills for explaining technical strategies to any audience.

• Solid understanding of sales processes and lead generation.

• Marketing knowledge focused on the customer lifecycle and engagement.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup both in person and remotely.

• Experience with data analytics tools and marketing platforms.

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
