About the Role
AIRIQ 365 Limited is looking for a dynamic B2B Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, drive travel agent acquisition, and build brand visibility for the AIRIQ platform. The role will focus on B2B travel agent and partner acquisition (70%) and consumer brand promotion and travel product marketing (30%).
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end digital marketing strategy, paid campaigns, social media growth, and lead generation funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation & Partner Acquisition
- Develop marketing campaigns to onboard partners and expand the travel agent network.
- Manage brand presence and engagement across Social Media platforms.
- Plan and execute: Travel promotions, destination campaigns, hotel deal promotion, short-form video and reels content.
- Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Messenger Ads and WhatsApp Ads.
- Manage Ads Ecosystem: Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Campaign goals include lead generation, partner acquisition, brand awareness, and hotel promotions.
Content Marketing
Create and manage marketing content including:
- destination promotions
- hotel promotions
- travel deals and campaigns
- blogs and travel guides
- social media creatives and videos
Content will be distributed across:
- website and blog
- social media platforms
- email campaigns
- digital communities
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Execute marketing campaigns through:
- email marketing and newsletters
- partner onboarding emails
- WhatsApp Business campaigns
- broadcast messages for travel deals
- partner engagement groups
Influencer & Creator Marketing
Collaborate with:
- travel influencers
- travel bloggers
- YouTube travel creators
- Instagram travel content creators to increase brand visibility and engagement.
SEO & Search Marketing
Improve visibility through:
- SEO optimisation
- keyword strategy
- destination content
- Google search advertising
- remarketing campaigns
Marketing Funnel & Lead Conversion
Design and manage lead funnels from:
Awareness Engagement Lead Generation Partner Onboarding
Including:
- landing pages
- lead capture campaigns
- remarketing campaigns
- CRM integration for lead tracking
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
Track campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Search Console
Focus on:
- cost per lead
- campaign ROI
- partner acquisition growth
- website traffic and engagement
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience
- 710 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- experience in travel / OTA / hospitality preferred
- experience in B2B marketing or partner acquisition campaigns preferred
