Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies (ABM, paid media, webinars, events, content syndication)
  • Build and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
  • Own paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels
  • Run continuous experiments across messaging, creatives, audiences, and channels

Funnel & Pipeline Optimization

  • Develop lead scoring models and improve MQL → SQL conversion
  • Execute outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) with personalization
  • Partner closely with Sales for pipeline generation and closed-loop reporting

Marketing Ops & Analytics

  • Implement automation workflows in HubSpot/Salesforce
  • Build dashboards to track performance, pipeline, and ROI
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels based on performance

Team & Culture

  • Build and mentor a growth team as demand scales
  • Drive a data-first, experimentation-led culture

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5–7+ years in B2B demand generation / growth marketing (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and ROI
  • Experience managing paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads)

Core Skills

  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion rates, attribution, pipeline velocity
  • Hands-on with HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot and Salesforce
  • Experience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills

Good to Have
