Founding Content Creator (NEET)
About GuruAI

GuruAI is building the future of personalized education.

Instead of one teacher teaching thousands of students the same way, GuruAI uses AI to understand where each student is struggling and delivers personalized teaching, revision, doubt-solving, and assessments at scale.

We are currently focused on helping NEET aspirants achieve better outcomes through AI-driven learning.

We are looking for a Founding Content Creator to become one of the earliest faces of the brand.

Your Role

You will not be managing social media.

You will be building a community.

Your responsibility is to create content that attracts, educates, engages, and converts NEET aspirants into GuruAI users.

Responsibilities include:

* Creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

* Recording talking-head videos

* Building and engaging with a NEET-focused audience

* Participating in content ideation and campaign planning

* Staying updated with NEET trends, student concerns, and exam-related discussions

* Representing GuruAI publicly across social platforms

* Helping drive student signups and subscriptions

Compensation
Lead Incentive

₹50 for every qualified lead generated.

Paid Subscription Incentive

₹500 for every verified paid GuruAI subscription attributed to your content and campaigns.

Monthly Expense Allowance

₹10,000 per month.

Fixed Compensation Path
There is no fixed salary initially.
Creators who consistently achieve 450+ verified subscriptions per month become eligible for a fixed compensation package starting at ₹58,000 per month, in addition to commissions and incentives.

Annual compensation reviews include performance-based increments.
