The Role

We're looking for a Growth Content & SEO Executive to build content that drives discovery, trust and conversion.

You'll own our SEO ecosystem while creating content across blogs, landing pages, website, email, WhatsApp and nurture journeys.

This role sits at the intersection of Content, SEO, GEO/AEO and Lifecycle Marketing.

What You'll Own

SEO, GEO & AEO

• Keyword research and content planning

• On page SEO, internal linking and content optimisation

• Technical SEO coordination with the website team

• GEO/AEO for AI search and emerging discovery platforms

• Track rankings, traffic, impressions and organic conversions

Content & Copywriting

• Blogs and long form content

• Website and landing page copy

• Email and WhatsApp campaigns

• Project and campaign content

• Customer education and lifestyle content

The expectation is simple: content that performs, not content for the sake of content.

Nurture & Lifecycle

• Build content journeys for different lead segments

• Create email and WhatsApp nurture campaigns

• Re engage dormant and inactive leads

• Personalise content based on customer stage and intent

• Improve engagement and conversion across our existing database

AI for Marketing

• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI tools for research, ideation and production

• Build AI workflows and prompts that improve quality and speed

• Repurpose content across multiple formats

Website

• Publish and optimise website content

• Manage blogs and landing page content

• Improve readability, SEO and conversion

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO and content marketing

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals

• Working knowledge of GEO and AEO

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS

• Familiarity with Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools

• Comfortable using AI tools for marketing

• Real estate experience is a plus
