We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth & Business Intelligence Analyst who can decode premium consumer behavior, optimize high-value unit economics, and unlock scale across our D2C and marketplace ecosystems.
The Role & ResponsibilitiesAs our Growth Analyst, you will own the data matrix that drives our premium portfolio. You will translate complex multi-channel data into surgical business strategies across D2C (Shopify), Amazon, Nykaa, and other premium marketplaces.
1. Core Business Intelligence & Performance Tracking- Track & Analyze Ecosystem Performance: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance across D2C and marketplaces to aggressively identify growth opportunities and eliminate revenue leakages.
- Build the Analytics Architecture: Develop, maintain, and automate high-fidelity dashboards for sales, traffic, conversion, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Average Order Value (AOV), and net contribution margins using Power BI, Excel, and GA4.
- Forecast & Demand Planning: Support high-value inventory forecasting, demand planning, and SKU-level analysis through data-backed recommendations to minimize out-of-stock leakages on premium inventory.
2. Premium Consumer Cohort & Retention Analysis- LTV & Cohort Optimization: Deeply analyze customer cohorts, purchase behavior, and retention trends to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and drive repeat-purchase profitability among our elite consumer base.
- Portfolio & SKU Optimization: Conduct granular product-level analysis to isolate our hero products, map cross-selling loops, and provide data-backed portfolio optimization recommendations.
3. Performance Marketing & Attribution Evaluation- Omnichannel Evaluation: Audit marketing effectiveness across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Influencer Marketing, and CRM channels (WhatsApp/Email) through strict multi-touch attribution analysis.
- Marketplace Analytics: Drive granular insights on marketplace visibility, share of search, conversion funnels, and organic vs. paid promotional effectiveness.
- New Launch Diagnostics: Measure the exact ROI and impact of new premium product launches, campaigns, and activations through rigorous pre-and-post-performance data analysis.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market whitespace analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing dynamics, and premium product opportunities.
What We Are Looking For - Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in E-commerce Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Analytics, ideally within a premium D2C, beauty, or premium consumer goods ecosystem.
- Technical Arsenal: High proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and GA4. Strong operational familiarity with Shopify Analytics and Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred.
- Data Synthesis: Exceptional capability to handle large, fragmented datasets and synthesize them into clean, executive-ready commercial insights.
- Cross-Functional Influence: A collaborative mindset with the ability to sit at the intersection of E-commerce, Performance Marketing, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to align execution through data.
