We're looking to hire a Growth & BD Executive to drive client outreach, sales enablement, and marketing execution for the Kenome platform which used by enterprises to enable Agentic AI within their organisation. This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founding team.

Looking for someone who can:

• Research prospective clients, map decision-makers, and run targeted outreach sequences
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and tailored collateral for client meetings
• Write sharp content for the website, blog, LinkedIn, and case studies
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, content calendars, and channel strategy
• Test platform workflows, record demos, and document use cases for sales and marketing

What we expect:

• 2-5 years in BD, growth, or B2B marketing (enterprise SaaS / PaaS or AI / tech preferred)
• Strong written communication and the ability to produce professional content quickly
• Comfort with independent research on new industries, companies, and regulatory contexts
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to switch between outreach, content, and product exploration in the same day
• Open to travel as per the business requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience selling SaaS / PaaS to enterprises
• Exposure to content marketing, SEO, or B2B social media strategy
• Prior early-stage startup experience is preferable
