At Without®, we are building a world where unrecyclable plastic is turned into high-quality materials and products, while helping move waste-pickers and informal workers towards more dignified livelihoods.
We have built the technology. We have proven the early model. Now we are looking for a Growth Associate to be the first voice our prospects hear and the engine that keeps our pipeline full.
This role is about starting conversations and moving them forward. You will call leads, run the first call, qualify interest, build and manage the funnel, and hand the Growth Manager warm, well-researched opportunities ready to close. You make sure no good lead is ever dropped and every prospect knows exactly why Without® matters to them.
This is not a slow, comfortable 9-to-5.
It is fast. Messy. Ambitious. Urgent.
You will work closely with the Growth Manager to build and run inbound sales end-to-end, from lead generation and outreach to first calls, qualification, funnel management and handover. If you are sharp, proactive, highly articulate and ready to hustle in a high-ownership environment, we would like to meet you.
What we are looking for
- Experience
0 to 2 years of experience in inbound/Outbound sales, business development, lead generation, tele-calling or a similar role. Strong freshers may also apply.
- Communication
Excellent spoken and written English. You should be confident on the phone, able to open a cold call, hold a first conversation and write sharp follow-up emails.
- Phone presence
You are comfortable picking up the phone, handling objections and keeping a conversation moving without a script holding you back.
- Commercial interest
A strong interest in B2B sales, relationship-building and commercial execution.
- Ownership
You do not wait to be told every next step. You take initiative and move things forward.
- Hustle and follow-through
You are persistent, responsive and naturally inclined to push leads, conversations and tasks towards closure.
- Comfort with ambiguity
You can operate in speed, uncertainty and a start-up environment without getting stuck.
- Organisation
You can manage multiple leads, conversations and tasks without dropping the ball.
- AI and systems curiosity
You are curious about using AI tools, CRMs, automation, research tools and digital workflows to improve productivity.
- Problem-solving mindset
When blocked, you look for the next best move instead of waiting.
- Sector interest
A genuine interest in sustainability, recycling, circular economy, materials, manufacturing or climate-linked sectors.
- Location
Willingness to spend significant time in Pune, India. This is not a remote-first role.
What you will do
- Call leads, make the first outreach call and open the conversation with new prospects
- Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile, understand their needs and gauge genuine interest
- Build and manage the top of the funnel, from lead generation and outreach to qualification and handover to the Growth Manager
- Research and identify relevant brands, prospects, categories and partnership opportunities
- Build outbound pipelines through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and other creative channels
- Maintain CRM hygiene, track every conversation and ensure timely, relentless follow-through
- Book qualified meetings and prepare meeting briefs and pre-call notes for the Growth Manager
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sampling, onboarding and client communication
- Track outreach activity, funnel movement and conversion metrics, and surface insights to the team
- Stay on top of industry trends across sustainability, packaging, recycled materials and circular economy markets
- Represent Without® with credibility, clarity and conviction in front of clients, partners and other stakeholders
Compensation and structure
- Annual CTC:
INR 4 to 6 lakhs, with potential variable compensation linked to performance
- ESOPs in the legal entity, subject to agreed terms and vesting
