We're not a brokerage. We're an AI-driven decision intelligence platform rewriting how serious buyers make real estate decisions in Gurgaon. Our buyers are HNIs and NRIs choosing between Rs 3Cr–15Cr properties, and they come to us because we tell them the truth.
Our Instagram content does 1M+ organic views a month. We need someone smart, relentless, and people-first to turn that signal into closed mandates.
What you'll own
- Build AI-powered outreach sequences on LinkedIn and email targeting HNI and NRI buyer profiles
- Handle warm inbound conversations from buyers who already know us and need the right nudge
- Design drip automations across WhatsApp, email, and calls so no lead ever goes cold
- Build and manage prospect lists of serious buyers who don't know PropSpot yet but should
- Run the CRM like a war room, every lead tagged, every deal moving
- Get on the phone with buyers considering Rs 3Cr+ decisions and hold your own
- Work the pipeline relentlessly, re-engage warm leads, push hot ones forward, close the loop
Who you are
- Fresh grad or up to 2 years out, we care about how you think, not how long you've worked
- Obsessively organised, your follow-ups never go stale
- Strong communicator in English, our buyers expect premium from the first message
- You pick up new tools fast and don't wait to be trained on the basics
- You understand that the best salespeople don't push; they guide
- You're comfortable working full-time from our office in DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon

Budget for the role - 3.6LPA + incentives (up to 100% of fixed)
