About The Role
We're looking for a Growth Associate to take on a cross-functional role focused on scaling our AI-powered credit management platform
You will work on expanding growth operations for India's first truly agentic credit solution — a self-driven, intelligent system that empowers users to manage and improve their credit autonomously
At Oolka, AI is deeply integrated into the work of our Tech, Product, Design and Business teams. We're looking for passionate individuals who are excited about scaling our AI product and want to be part of our journey
Our office is in Bangalore and we don't offer remote

Criteria
1-2 years of experience (non-MBAs preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL a plus)
