It brings together company registration, compliance, agreements, a 3000+ investor directory, payroll, client management, and invoicing in one place.

We are live in the market and scaling our customer base. This role is central to that growth - Marketing & Sales.

Role Details

• Role title:Growth Associate - Marketing & Sales
• Role Type: Full-time.
• Performance incentives: 25% cash per successful conversion to a paid subscription.
• Mode: Hybrid
• Location: Amaravathi, Vijayawada

What you'll do

Marketing

• Creative ideas for posts, carousels and short videos for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Write simple blogs and guides for founders on compliance, agreements, funding and grants
• Run and track email campaigns and basic Google/Meta ads
• Help keep our website, pricing pages and brand consistent

Sales

• Reply to leads, run product demos, and follow up with interested founders
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers
• Pitch our CA, legal and funding services to existing members
• Keep the CRM updated and share a simple weekly report

Community & partnerships

• Reach out to incubators, college E-cells, co-working spaces and startup communities
• Help run webinars and founder events

Requirements

• Have 0 to 3 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Multilingual communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
• Are comfortable talking to founders on calls
• Know your way around LinkedIn and Sheets
• Are curious about startups and want to learn fast
• Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do

Bonus points

• You've run social media or marketing for a startup, club, or your own project
• Basic knowledge of SEO or Meta/Google ads
• Can speak Hindi, Kannada, and any other indian languages.
