We combine intelligent job matching, interview coaching, and hiring automation to create a faster, smarter recruitment experience. As we scale, we're looking for a Growth Associate who can drive user acquisition, engagement, and platform adoption.

About the Role

As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities across multiple channels. This role blends marketing, analytics, product thinking, and experimentation. You'll work closely with the founders and product team to scale both candidate and employer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Acquisition Plan and execute campaigns to attract candidates and recruiters
  • Explore channels like social media, communities, referrals, and partnerships
  • Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates
  • Growth Experiments Design and run experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaigns
  • Analyze results and iterate quickly based on data
  • Content & Distribution Create and distribute content (social posts, email campaigns, blogs)
  • Work on positioning 33Careers as a go-to platform for job seekers
  • Partnerships & Outreach Build relationships with colleges, communities, and recruiters
  • Identify collaboration opportunities for scaling reach
  • Data & Analytics Track key metrics like CAC, activation, retention, and engagement
  • Use insights to inform growth strategy
  • Product Feedback Loop Gather user insights and collaborate with the product team to improve features
  • Suggest improvements to onboarding, job matching, and engagement features
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, marketing or recruiting
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
  • Comfortable driving high conversion rates and managing funnels effectively
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Track record of over achieving sales targets and thriving in a results-driven environment
  • Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet ambitious targets
  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems or recruitment platforms.
Compensation
  • Base salary INR 50000 per month + incentives for growth
  • Quarterly performance bonus based on performance
