Growth Marketing Lead

Location: Gurugram (On-site)

About Osto

Osto is a protection-first cybersecurity startup building AI-powered security products. Founded by second-time cybersecurity entrepreneurs, we're looking for someone to build and scale our growth engine from the ground up.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale Osto's demand generation engine.

Your mission is simple: generate qualified pipeline through content, communities, performance marketing, events, and continuous experimentation.

What You'll Own

Content Creation & Distribution

Build Osto's content engine by creating and distributing blogs, case studies, whitepapers, industry updates, product launches, feature announcement videos, customer testimonials, educational content, sales collateral, and product messaging.

Demand Generation

Generate qualified leads through SEO, GEO, AEO, performance marketing, and best-in-class CRO practices. Continuously optimize campaigns, landing pages, and the website for higher conversions.

Lead Nurturing

Own newsletters, email marketing, webinars, product announcements, and marketing automation to nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey.

Community

Build Osto's presence across Reddit, Hacker News, Slack, Discord, Product Hunt, and other founder and cybersecurity communities through meaningful engagement.

Events

Plan and execute founder meetups, security roundtables, webinars, workshops, and represent Osto at relevant industry events.

Growth Experiments

Continuously identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion channels.

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of Growth Marketing or Demand Generation experience.

Experience in B2B SaaS startups (cybersecurity experience is a plus).

Strong expertise in lead generation and pipeline growth.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and GA4.

Good understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High ownership, strong execution, and a builder's mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Typical Interview Rounds

Round 1: Online / Written Test (60 minutes)

• Focuses on general aptitude (logical, verbal, quantitative reasoning) and foundational cybersecurity or technical domain knowledge.
  
  

Round 2: Technical / Domain Interview (30–45 minutes)

• Evaluates role-specific knowledge, understanding of computer science or security fundamentals, past projects, hands-on tool familiarity, and academic background.
  
  

Round 3: HR Interview (20–30 minutes)

• Discusses your personal background, motivation for joining the company, career goals, teamwork skills, and core strengths or weaknesses
