Experience Required: 5–6 years

Preferred Background: EdTech, E-commerce, SaaS, Consumer Internet, Online Learning, or Test Prep

What You'll Own

1. Growth Strategy & Customer Acquisition

You will be responsible for building and executing growth strategies to increase qualified leads, improve enrollments, and scale revenue efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing growth plans across paid and organic acquisition channels

* Optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and affiliate partnerships

* Improving landing page conversion rates and lead-to-sale ratios

* Scaling acquisition while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and payback period

* Running experiments across creatives, offers, landing pages, and user journeys

2. Revenue Management

You will track, forecast, and optimize revenue performance across products and cohorts.

Key responsibilities include:

* Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance

* Building revenue forecasts, scenario models, and growth projections

* Optimizing pricing, discounting, and offer strategies

* Identifying opportunities to improve ARPU, LTV, and contribution margin

* Partnering with finance on revenue planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis

3. Funnel Analytics & Optimization

You will own funnel visibility and identify where growth is being lost.

Key responsibilities include:

* Analyzing the full funnel: visitor → lead → enrollment → purchase → renewal → upsell

* Identifying leakage points and recommending corrective actions

* Building dashboards and KPI reports for leadership visibility

* Using data to improve conversion, lead quality, and sales productivity

* Translating funnel insights into clear execution plans

4. Performance Marketing Oversight

You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to improve campaign efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Reviewing campaign performance across acquisition channels

* Tracking CAC, CPL, ROAS, payback period, and contribution margin

* Improving attribution, campaign structure, and budget allocation

* Conducting A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, messaging, and offers

* Ensuring marketing spend is aligned with revenue and profitability goals

5. Retention & Monetization

You will work on improving student retention, renewals, and monetization.

Key responsibilities include:

* Improving renewal rates and repeat purchase behavior

* Launching upsell and cross-sell initiatives

* Increasing customer lifetime value

* Identifying cohort-level revenue expansion opportunities

* Working with product and sales teams to improve student engagement and conversion

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

This role requires strong coordination across teams.

You will work closely with:

* Marketing to improve acquisition and campaign efficiency

* Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and forecasting

* Product to improve user journeys, engagement, and conversion

* Finance to monitor profitability, budgets, and unit economics

* Leadership to provide growth insights and revenue visibility

Required Skills

* Strong experience in growth, revenue analytics, and funnel optimization

* Hands-on understanding of performance marketing

* Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills

* Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, CRM systems, and attribution tools

* Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, payback period, and contribution margin

* Ability to build dashboards, forecasts, and business models

* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

* Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in EdTech, online learning, or test preparation businesses

* Experience with subscription, cohort-based, or recurring revenue models

* Exposure to sales-led conversion funnels

* Strong understanding of student acquisition, retention, and renewal journeys
