Role Overview
As ourGrowth & Performance Content Analyst, you are the bridge between data and creativity. You won't just analyze ad performance; you will create the very content (headlines, ad copy, and landing page hooks) that drives that performance. Your goal is to turn passive scrollers into active trekkers by using data to refine our brand's voice across all paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Ad Copywriting: Write high-converting copy for Google Search Ads and Meta Ads, tailored by trek difficulty, season, and target audience
- Landing Page Optimisation: Work on Trek Detail Pages to ensure content is optimised for conversion, using data to choose the right lever between urgency and social proof
- Creative Strategy & Briefing: Analyse which visual content format is performing best and brief the design team on hooks to use in video ads based on campaign data
- A/B Testing Content: Run experiments on ad copy to identify what messaging drives more clicks and bookings and let the data decide
- Funnel Analytics (GA4): Track the full content journey to understand how ad interactions lead to trek bookings across the funnel
- Competitor Ad Monitoring: Use Semrush and Meta Ad Library to analyse how other travel brands message their treks and find gaps where TrekNomads can stand out
What Success Looks Like (6 Months)
- Lower CPA: Reduce cost-per-lead by refining ad copy and landing page flow
- Higher CTR: Write headlines that measurably outperform previous campaigns
- Data-backed content: Move from guessing what trekkers want to knowing it
You're a Great Fit If
- Performance Copywriting: 1+ years of experience writing for paid social and search, with the ability to tailor messaging for cold audiences and retargeting audiences
- Ad Platforms: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite, specifically the Creative and Reporting sections
- GA4 & GSC: Ability to link content performance to actual revenue and user behaviour
- Design Literacy: You don't need to be a designer, but you should understand what makes a scroll-stopping creative and be comfortable working in Canva or Figma
- Trekker Psychology: You understand both the fears and the aspirations of an adventurer and you know how to write for both.
