We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth & Development Executive to handle and convert incoming sales inquiries. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and enhancing the company's digital presence.
Job Description:
As a B2B Growth & Development specialist for a SaaS product, your role will involve engaging with prospects, driving sales, and ensuring smooth product adoption. You should have 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on delivering product demonstrations and onboarding clients for SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist in refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and identifying target customer segments.
- Support Product-Market Fit (PMF) activities by collecting customer insights, feedback, and market validation data.
- Build and maintain customer feedback loops to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Create, document, and improve sales SOPs, workflows, and business development processes.
- Prepare and optimize cold calling scripts, outreach templates, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including lead tracking, pipeline updates, and reporting.
- Coordinate with founders, sales teams, and product teams to align market feedback with business goals.
- Participate in customer discovery calls, sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Shadow training sessions and support onboarding/documentation processes for future sales team members.
- Work independently on assigned business development initiatives while maintaining accountability and reporting progress regularly.
- Analyze customer behavior, competitor offerings, and market positioning to recommend strategic improvements.
- Maintain reports related to leads, conversions, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Assist in building scalable sales playbooks and repeatable growth processes for the organization.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve outreach, conversion rates, and customer engagement strategies.
Qualification Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years in B2B Growth & Development in SaaS, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Significant experience in SaaS product sales, with a focus on conducting online product demos and onboarding clients.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required
