At Techno Machines, we build the machines that help manufacturers build the world around us.

For years, we have been designing, manufacturing, supplying, and supporting industrial machinery used across the wire, cable, electrical, electronics, and manufacturing sectors. Our solutions include Cable Extruders, Network Cables Manufacturing Machines, Bunching, Laying and Stranding Machines, Vertical Injection Insert Molding Machines, Copper Wire and Cable Processing Machines , and a range of automation-focused production systems.

We believe industrial manufacturing is entering a new era. Companies are looking for higher output, lower operating costs, smarter automation, and more efficient production lines. We help them get there.

Now, we're looking for someone who can help us tell that story.

Not from behind a desk.

But from the factory floor, customer sites, exhibitions, sales meetings, and wherever opportunities exist.

Role Description

The Growth & Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in HSIIDC KUNDLI, DELHI BORDER, HARYANA. This is not a traditional marketing role.

It is not a traditional sales role either.

We're looking for a highly ambitious, curious, and resourceful person who wants to sit at the intersection of marketing, business development, content creation, customer relationships, and growth.

You'll work directly with company leadership to help the market understand who we are, what we do, and why manufacturers choose us.

This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to every part of building a growing industrial business.

What You'll Own

Company Storytelling & Content

  • Create content around our machines, projects, customer successes, and industry insights
  • Work in tandem with leadership to capture knowledge and translate it digitally to attract prospects
  • Create case studies showcasing customer results and project outcomes
  • Help launch and grow our YouTube presence through factory tours, machine demonstrations, and educational content
  • Build presentations, capability profiles, brochures, and marketing materials

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Follow up on inquiries and potential opportunities
  • Support customer visits and factory tours
  • Assist with proposal preparation and business development activities
  • Build and maintain industry databases and prospect lists
  • Conduct market research across India and international markets

Exhibitions & Industry Presence

  • Support participation in trade shows and exhibitions
  • Capture content from events and customer installations
  • Help identify speaking opportunities, partnerships, and industry collaborations
  • Represent the company professionally during customer and industry interactions

Growth Initiatives

  • Help develop systems for lead generation and customer outreach
  • Track marketing and business development performance
  • Identify new opportunities for market expansion
  • Build processes that help the company become more visible and better understood within the industry
  • Work directly with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  1. Is ambitious and eager to build something meaningful
  2. Learns quickly and enjoys solving problems independently
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Is willing to visit factories, customer sites, and industry events
  6. Motivation to learn about technology and machinery solutions and contribute to a growth-focused team.
  7. Doesn't wait for instructions before taking initiative.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

We care more about curiosity, ownership, and execution than years of experience.
