Role SummaryWe are looking for a Growth & AI Marketing Manager (4–5 years experience) who can build, execute, and scale a high-impact marketing engine.
This is not just an execution role. You will take ownership of growth from strategy to pipeline generation, working closely with founders and leadership.
You will operate at the intersection of:
- AI-driven marketing systems
- Content, storytelling, and brand building
- Demand generation and revenue growth

Key Objectives (Success Metrics)- Build and launch 3–5 scalable growth channels
- Establish a strong founder-led content engine (LinkedIn + PR)
- Generate qualified inbound pipeline (CXO-level leads)
- Implement AI-driven marketing workflows
- Build a predictable lead generation system
- Position VectorStack as a thought leader in AI & Tech Consulting
Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Execution- Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across:
- LinkedIn (primary channel)
- Email marketing
- SEO & website funnels
- Paid campaigns
- Partnerships and communities
- Own the full funnel: Awareness Engagement Conversion Pipeline
2. Founder-Led Branding & PR- Build and scale founder personal brand
- Create high-impact LinkedIn and thought leadership content
- Manage PR outreach, podcasts, and speaking opportunities
- Drive strategic collaborations and partnerships
3. AI-Powered Marketing Systems- Build automated workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make
- Automate:
- Content generation
- Lead nurturing
- Outreach sequences
- Reporting and analytics
- Continuously experiment with AI-driven growth strategies
4. Content & Distribution Engine- Build a structured content engine (not ad-hoc posting)
- Develop:
- Case studies
- Thought leadership content
- Sales collaterals
- Website content
- Repurpose content across LinkedIn, website, email, and PR
5. Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition- Generate high-quality CXO-level leads
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Build funnel-based landing pages
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve conversion rates
6. Brand Positioning & Messaging- Position VectorStack as:
- Premium
- AI-first
- Transformation-focused
- Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels
7. Analytics & Optimization- Track key metrics such as:
- Lead quality
- CAC vs ROI
- Channel performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data insights
Must-Have SkillsStrategic Thinking
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, AI positioning, and CXO-level communication
Execution Excellence
Proven experience in LinkedIn growth, content marketing, and lead generation
AI Fluency (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools like Zapier/Make)
Content & Storytelling
Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content
