Group Sales Marketing Manager

OPENING FOR A WELL KNOWN COMPANY In Mumbai:

Position: Group Country Manager (B2B)

Experience: 15+ years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing with at least 45 years in country leadership roles.

About the Role:

As Country Manager, you will drive growth and market leadership in the assigned country by ensuring access to our medicines, building sustainable business operations, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for commercial excellence, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder engagement to deliver strong business results.

Minimum Requirement:

• Education:Science/Pharmacy Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 15+ years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing with at least 45 years in country leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing trade, tender, and regulatory processes in relevant markets.
• Background in generics, especially critical care or injectable anti-infectives, preferred.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
• You will take care of country accounts like: Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand
