You will manage a team of 2-3 Product Managers/Business Analysts and perform individual contributor responsibilities consistent with those of a Senior Product Manager. As part of the Product team, you will deliver customer and business value by defining, prioritising, planning and executing the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions that align with Rockwells organisational goals and product strategy. You will report to the VP, Product Management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of product managers.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers/Owners on your team, as well as UI/UX Designers, Engineers, Technical Writers, and Project Managers to build best-in-class products and lead these initiatives through to completion.
- Be accountable for successful delivery of roadmap and customer success initiatives, synthesizing near and long-term needs across a diverse landscape of manufacturing SaaS offerings.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 25%.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically requires 2+ years of experience leading product teams within SaaS
- Demonstrated leadership, including the passion and drive to execute across multiple functional areas, aligning internal stakeholders and ultimately delivering GTM messaging to customers and/or partner ecosystems.
- Experience within manufacturing software
