Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience with leveraging AI tools in product development, prototyping, or workflow optimization.
- Experience in gaming, game design, or the gaming industry.
- Experience in working in multi-sided marketplaces, user and developer services.
- Experience in product business generation or budgeting.
- Experience in building global consumer products.

Responsibilities
- Drive the direction for gamified experiences, managing products from concept to launch while utilizing AI tools to accelerate team velocity and product innovation.
- Own product success with an entrepreneurial mindset, navigating technical ambiguity, overcoming constraints with creative problem-solving, and ensuring speedy delivery of features.
- Architect a unified product strategy and influence international executives and stakeholders across geographies through clear, impactful and asynchronous communication.
- Partner closely with engineering and UX teams to quickly prototype, test, and expand performant features that grow user relationships with the gaming platform.
- Serve as a senior leader in Bengaluru to mentor peers, advance the team culture, and build the site's reputation as a high-performance hub.
