Job Description
- Develop, execute brand strategies and manage product lifecycle to drive prescription growth & market share
- Analyze, monitor and evaluate competition, prescription trends, HCP perspectives and therapy shifts
- Ensure alignment and strong engagement plans for stakeholder groups including HCPs, retailers & sales team
- Act as the central point of coordination across functions such as medical affairs, supply chain, regulatory, legal etc.
- Drive visibility, availability at retailers, while monitoring the secondary sales and offtakes
- Design differentiated campaigns & utilize omnichannel approach to implement brand strategies
- Regularly interact with Key Opinion Leaders to drive insights, gather feedback and refine strategy.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, take initiative in solving market challenges and be agile and responsive to market changes
