Job Description: Group Product Manager / Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Group Product Manager / Marketing Manager to lead strategic brand management, product development, and market execution. This role is pivotal in driving business growth for our existing portfolio and evaluating adjacent category opportunities. The position reports directly to the Vice President.

Educational Qualification
- Must hold an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.
Key Responsibilities & Job Role
- Strategic Business Planning: Create and establish comprehensive annual business plans for the existing brand/product portfolio.
- Growth Support Plans: Develop targeted support plans designed to achieve overarching business and brand objectives.
- Execution & Accountability: Take full ownership of the successful, timely execution of all agreed marketing initiatives and brand activities.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain regular, transparent reporting of business and sales performance across the assigned portfolio.
- Market Opportunity Assessment: Assess and evaluate emerging opportunities within the Antiseptic and adjacent wellness categories.
- Hypothesis Testing: Formulate and validate market hypotheses on consumer relevance and developmental feasibility to unlock new segments.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Execute finalized strategic category plans through seamless cross-functional coordination and robust external vendor management.
- End-to-End Brand Management: Lead brand analysis, campaign planning, and creative asset execution, including promotional pipelines.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market shifts, trade challenges, competitive communications, and competitive product developments to actively share actionable insights internally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Category Experience: 8–12 years of hands-on experience managing a prominent brand in the Antiseptic, OTC, or Wellness spaces, with a strong focus on competitive strategy.
- Proven Autonomy: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience independently managing a complex brand, category, or sub-category.
- Sales & Distribution Grounding: At least 2–3 years of foundational experience within a standard Sales & Distribution structure is highly preferred.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial knowledge of end-to-end business operations.
