Job Description

  • Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio.
  • Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives.
  • Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand.
  • Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio.
  • Assessment of opportunities in Antiseptic and adjacent categories.
  • Developing hypothesis on ways to tap those opportunities.
  • Assessing the validity of the hypothesis on developmental as well as consumer relevance front.
  • Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category thru cross-functional coordination and external vendor management.
  • Lead all brand & product management analysis, planning & execution for the brand, including product development, creative and promotions.
  • Monitor market changes, trade issues, competitive brands communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally.
