Several product teams are building in good faith, but their roadmaps pull in different directions. The products serve schools, teachers and students, and the roadmap has to respect the academic calendar.

A sixty-person ed-tech company selling to schools and colleges, hiring for its product organisation. The team is small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on. Flexiple is a managed talent marketplace that places vetted professionals with companies in India and abroad. The role is remote, open across India.

This group product manager leads a set of related products and the product managers who run them, and answers for the combined outcome. You would be setting direction for a product group, coaching product managers and aligning roadmaps with the business. The brief is wider than the title suggests, and the first few weeks are about learning how things currently work before changing them.

What we are looking for:

• 9 to 14 years in product management, including leading other product managers
• Track record managing product managers or several products at once
• Strong strategic judgement backed by data
• Experience taking products from idea to scale
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
