Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the marketing function for Derma/Cosmetology products
  • Launch new products and strengthen existing brands
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns, ensuring creativity and effectiveness
  • Design promotional and communication strategies for various brands of the organization
  • Plan and execute campaigns and special activities for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly brand reviews and monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with Field Managers and other supporting functions to ensure smooth execution
  • Undertake field visits to review and evaluate strategy implementation
  • Manage, mentor, and develop PMT team members to achieve business objectives and coordinate with all departments

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Pharm or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing
  • 810 years of experience in Pharma Marketing, with 23 years as Senior Product Manager/Group Product Manager handling Derma/Cosmetology segment
  • Strong knowledge of Derma/Cosmetology segment and product portfolio
  • Experience in launching new products and strengthening existing brands
  • Creative, innovative, and effective in team management and people development
  • Strong skills in selection, training, and development of PMT members
