Job Description
We are a group of companies headquartered in Oman, working in pharmaceuticals, medical and analytical equipment and laboratory services. We are growing and opening a new office in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, and need a Group Operations Manager to build and run it.
What you will do
• Run the Bengaluru office and lead teams in order processing, import documentation, contracts, master data, HR and NetSuite.
• Own order-to-delivery for our Oman customers, including government hospitals and ministries, and prevent delivery penalties.
• Set up processes for each team and drive automation with AI.
What you need
• 10+ years of experience (mandatory) in operations, supply chain or order management, with team leadership.
• Import, distribution or trading background; medical, pharma or laboratory products preferred.
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and GCC exposure preferred.
Working terms: work from office, 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday, Friday off), 10 AM to 7 PM IST. Travel to Oman as required.
Salary: 1.5–2 lakh per month, depending on experience.
