Job Responsibilities
- Drive the overall social media strategy (LinkedIn and other platforms), including high-impact campaigns, thought leadership, and content such as blogs and insights.
- Conceptualize and recommend integrated marketing strategies to effectively reach and optimize target customer segments.
- Lead initiatives to continuously strengthen and elevate the company's brand positioning and market presence.
- Own end-to-end social media communication strategy, ensuring consistency, relevance, and business alignment.
- Ensure all content across channels is strategically aligned with corporate vision, brand guidelines, and communication objectives.
- Champion corporate themes and narratives to enhance brand recall and market differentiation.
- Provide strategic oversight for corporate assets including website, corporate film, and digital platforms, ensuring continuous enhancement and relevance.
- Own and standardize corporate collaterals (Corporate, R&D, Manufacturing decks, product portfolios) ensuring consistency and high-quality positioning.
- Oversee governance and enhancement of user manuals, application content, and customer-facing documentation.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage media and branding agencies, ensuring delivery against defined brand and communication objectives.
- Develop and govern an integrated corporate communication calendar across digital and offline channels.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen brand equity and partnerships.
- Lead planning and execution of integrated online and offline campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Establish frameworks to measure, analyze, and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Drive creation of high-quality marketing content (online and offline) aligned with business objectives.
- Enable the Sales function with impactful, insight-driven marketing collateral and campaigns to enhance conversion and revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on marketing strategy, design development, and brand messaging.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans across channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls), tailor content for diverse employee groups, and partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive clarity, transparency, and employee engagement.
- Monitor effectiveness through feedback and metrics to continuously enhance communication impact.
- Drive data-led decision making through social media analytics, insights, and monthly performance reviews.
- Develop and execute strategies focused on expanding customer base, improving engagement, and strengthening brand visibility.
