About the Team

The Human Resources and People Strategy team at Navi manages the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development. About the Role

As the Chief of Staff to the Group Head of HR, you will play a critical role in supporting the CHRO in strategic planning, decision-making and operational management within the Human Resources (HR) department. You will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the Head of HR and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities, effective communication, and seamless execution of initiatives. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve HR goals. What We Expect From You

Strategic Planning and Decision Support

Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.

Operational Management and Oversight

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to policies and procedures, and timely resolution of issues, KPIs tracking and driving accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the Head of HR, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR team members, and external partners.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on behalf of the group head of HR, facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, fostering strong relationships and promoting a culture of teamwork and transparency.

Special Projects and Initiatives

Lead or support special projects, strategic initiatives, and change management efforts as directed by the Head of HR, driving implementation and ensuring successful outcomes.

Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them, mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities for success.

Must Haves

Education and Experience

Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and regulations, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategic business partnering, talent management, people analytics

Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.

Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, able to anticipate future needs, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions to address challenges.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
