Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Legal Counsel, located in Gurugram. The Group Legal Counsel will handle day-to-day legal tasks such as contract negotiation, legal document preparation, providing legal advice, and addressing various legal issues. This role involves working closely with different departments to ensure compliance and protect the companys interests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Contract Negotiation
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues
• Ability to provide Legal Advice and guidance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the startup or accelerator environment is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Law or related field; additional certifications are an advantage
