• Conduct benchmarking, Product testing & validation
• CFT circulation for feedback
• Resource allocation, Inputs
• Project Review as per frequency
• Recruitment & Team Building
• experience in Precision product design
• DFM & DFME knowledge in sheet metal, precision machined components
• Conduct PROTOTYPING, TESTS & TRIALS
• FW & Systems building
• Lead project from start to end
• Explain Ideas & Concepts to junior's
• Budget Costing & estimation
• Project Data validation
  
  

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• Experience – 7+ yrs.
• Education- BE (Mechanical / Production) / DME/ NTTF/B. tech/ GTTC
• NPD process development experience
• Good CFT Coordination
• Good Team handling
• 2 Wheeler & drawing licence
• Project planning Skills
• Age not more than 35 years
