Ensure time to time training programs and team building exercises and track of Skill Matrix Sheet for evaluation of skill
Ensure execution of SOPs for Safety-Ensure timely KY Execution of Safety on a regular basis and Audit Finding
Ensure that the treated water quality of WTP, ETP and STP as per GPCB norms and are followed -Timely updating of document of ETP and STP as per PCB norm-Ensure smooth supply of water to the plant and maintaining room conditions
Ensure timely maintenance of utility equipment (WTP, ETP, STP, Boiler, MEE, HVAC) -Ensure monthly data updating on GPCB XGN -Perform Gap analysis against target V/S actuals
Monitor actual execution at shop floor as per quality system defined within the system.-Ensure Production requirements for clean room conditions as well as treated water conditions for timely execution of plans
Evaluation of Actual vs Target plan to find areas of cost reduction and come with effective ways to reduce overall costs

Ensure continuous operation of Utilities and maintain all the document related to PCB as well as overlook the safety and maintenance of equipment, WTP, ETP etc. Work towards cost reduction and quality management from time to time and report back to management with the same. Identify pain areas and highlight them to management.
