Role Name
Pallet Repair and Maintenance Incharge
Role purpose
To timle maintenace and procurement of pallets
Reporting to
SCPL - Head
Co-ordinate with procurement to ensure the timely procurement of new pallet
Responsibilities

KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

To ensure the timly repair and maintenance of all pallets
No of pallets on hold by QA or plant
To standardzie the packing quatities for new model development

To ensure implemenataion of improvement plans as per CFT recommendation

To suggest and implement pallet and packing quantity improvement plans
Delivery
Safety
To increase awareness levels by conducting regular safety meets in order to ensure safety parameters.
number of safety audits .No. of restricted injuries.No. of manday loss.NO. of recordable injuries.

Managerical skill ,manpower handling& motivation skill.
Qualification
Diploma ( Mech)
Manpower development
