Role Description

We are seeking a Group Leader – Operations for a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Group Leader will oversee operations, manage team performance, and ensure that service delivery objectives are met. Responsibilities include supervising workflow, implementing best practices, preparing reports, and collaborating across teams to achieve operational excellence. The role also includes resolving issues, providing mentorship, and driving continuous improvements to meet organizational goals.

• Proficiency in workflow optimization, process improvement, and understanding of operational metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and deliver efficient solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare operations is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in operational settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
