- Hiring for an experienced RFP Specialist / Group Lead to manage proposal writing, DDQ responses, and client questionnaires within the Asset Management domain.
- The role requires extensive experience in preparing high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant databases, and proposal management activities for institutional clients.
- Candidates should possess strong understanding of investment products, mutual funds, and financial services terminology.
- The incumbent will collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Investment teams to deliver accurate and compelling proposal responses within defined timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, content writing, analytical ability, and communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience from Asset Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Mutual Fund organizations is highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills & Screening Parameters
- Hands-on experience in RFP and DDQ writing.
- Mandatory exposure to Asset Management / Investment Management domain.
- Strong written communication and proposal management skills.
- Candidates from target organizations preferred.
- Avoid generic proposal writers without financial domain exposure.
- Resume must clearly mention RFP ownership and client-facing deliverables.
