We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Purchase leader to lead the Group's centralised Purchase and Strategic Sourcing function.

This is a Group-level leadership opportunity with a mandate to strengthen procurement across strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, supplier management, supply continuity, procurement governance and team capability.

We are looking for professionals with:

15+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchase / Strategic Sourcing

5+ years of leadership experience managing a significant team or centralised procurement function

Strong experience in raw material and packaging procurement

Experience in FMCG, Food, Personal Care, Wellness, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, Pharma or similar manufacturing environments

Strong exposure to strategic sourcing, negotiations, cost optimisation, supplier development and alternate sourcing

Experience managing both commercial and operational aspects of procurement

Ability to work closely with Planning, Production, R&D/NPD, Quality, Finance and Business teams

Strong ownership, commercial acumen, integrity and execution focus
