Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Group Used Car Head . Responsibilities include overseeing the sales process for pre-owned vehicles, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, driving sales performance , Profit, and managing customer relationships. The role requires a strong focus on optimizing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and familiarity with Sales Processes
• Proven ability in achieving Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
• Strong Sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or a related field is advantageous
• Digital experience of lead management & posting reels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
