Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven global financial services platform that is redefining how investors discover, learn and access global capital markets. Backed by cutting-edge technology and an ambitious international expansion strategy, the firm is building a next-generation financial ecosystem across multiple markets.

As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Group Head of Finance to join its executive leadership team.

This is a highly strategic appointment, offering the opportunity to shape the firm's financial direction, capital strategy and long-term growth while partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Capital Strategy

  • Lead the Group's capital structure, funding strategy and liquidity planning
  • Drive fundraising initiatives, debt and equity financing activities
  • Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships and M&A opportunities
  • Optimise capital allocation and long-term shareholder value

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive management on business strategy
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Develop financial KPIs and performance frameworks
  • Provide commercial insights on profitability, growth and cost optimisation

Treasury & Capital Management

  • Oversee global treasury, liquidity management and cross-border fund flows
  • Manage banking, custody and financial institution relationships
  • Drive capital efficiency across settlement, clearing and payment operations
  • Manage FX, liquidity and counterparty risks

Governance & Finance Leadership

  • Ensure strong financial governance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Lead finance transformation, automation and systems enhancement
  • Build and develop a high-performing global finance team
  • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance and Risk functions

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive finance leadership experience gained within fintech, securities brokerage, investment banking, capital markets or financial services
  • Strong background in corporate finance, treasury, capital markets and fundraising
  • Experience partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives
  • Strong understanding of brokerage, trading or capital markets business models
  • Experience managing regional or international finance operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and investor engagement experience
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support regional business operations
