Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Group Head – Art to lead our creative team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, creative vision, leadership skills, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Strong expertise in design, creative direction, and conceptualisation.

- Lead and guide the art and design team in developing creative campaigns.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Excellent understanding of layouts, typography, colour theory, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

- Develop innovative creative concepts and execute them effectively.

- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Review and maintain quality and consistency across creative outputs.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.

- 5–8 years of professional experience in the advertising industry is essential.
