Role & Responsibilities
Credit Analysis & Ratings Execution
- Handle credit cases and assignments undertaken by the group head
- Prepare and review sector reports and criteria commentary publications
- Execute credit projects and ensure timely completion of rating assignments
- Present cases in Rating Committee meetings and ensure quality and readability of rating reports, rationales, and press releases
Methodology & Risk Management
- Develop and improve sector-specific credit methodologies
- Minimize sharp rating migration cases and maintain rating quality
- Track changes in respective sectors and highlight critical information to management
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of analysts
- Monitor and measure team productivity and operational performance
- Model leadership behaviors and coach junior staff for professional growth
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain MIS, quarterly results, no-default statements, and rating reckoners
- Provide inputs towards strategic and quality decision-making
- Ensure compliance with operational audit requirements
