About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Group Head to lead multiple account clusters, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and driving growth within their business vertical. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end functioning of client strategy, campaign execution, revenue delivery, and team management. This role demands a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people management within the influencer marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Account Leadership

  • Lead a group of key accounts or brand clusters, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and support new business pitches.
  • Manage P&L for the assigned business unit, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a central point of coordination across Sales, Planning & Strategy, Pricing, and Campaign Management teams.
  • Drive smooth communication and collaboration between departments to ensure timely project execution and high-quality output.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and work with department leads to design better workflows and structures.
  • Ensure deliverables align with client objectives, creative direction, and brand tonality.

3. Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Partner with senior clients and brand leaders to understand objectives, challenges, and KPIs.
  • Translate client needs into actionable influencer marketing strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients to evaluate performance, share insights, and identify improvement areas.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistent performance and proactive communication.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Account Managers, Associates, and Executives within the business vertical.
  • Define clear goals, growth paths, and performance metrics for each team member.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Encourage cross-learning and alignment across client verticals.

5. Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Planning team to conceptualize campaign ideas, influencer strategies, and content frameworks.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms, and data insights to drive innovative solutions.
  • Support senior management in forecasting revenue and preparing business performance reports.
  • Represent the company in key industry discussions, client presentations, and partnership meetings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or integrated communication, with at least 23 years in a leadership or account management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand communication, and digital ecosystems.
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
