Looking for an enthusiastic Media buying and affiliate marketing professional, with hands-on experience handling large number of vendors and partners. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands media buying, has a good network among affiliates, publishers and martech companies.

Responsibilities

  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns and suggest the right inventory basis the brief
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad inventory and ad spots
  • Activate new partners to deliver digital performance or ad innovation
  • Negotiate with Affiliate partners on Volume deals, Savings for Clients, and Anti-fraud terms
  • Handle Partner agreements drafting and closure with Finance & Legal Teams
  • Maintain repository of Inventory, Rates, and Upcoming Impact Property schedules
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Oversee deployment schedules and adjust when needed
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) and Savings on deployment
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

Master's degree, preferably engineering + MBA in marketing

10+ years of experience in Media management, publisher relationships

Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media only

Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research

Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore, TGI, Similarweb, GWI)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail
