We specialize in data driven marketing, covering a spectrum of solutions across paid marketing, performance content (SEO), media planning, programmatic and data science & analytics; supported by their in-house capabilities on technology and creative.

Our client roster includes some of the biggest brands across verticals ranging from BFSI, FMCG, Media & Entertainment, etc. The employee strength across 3 locations in India is around 700+ digital marketeers.

We are catering to end-to-end digital marketing solutions for premium brands in the country.

What's in it for you:

The Group Head – Biddable Media will lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search and paid social channels, managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and other digital platforms.

You will guide a team of performance marketing managers to design full-funnel media strategies, optimize campaigns for ROI, and deliver measurable business results. The role demands a blend of strategic leadership, analytical expertise, and deep platform knowledge.

You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams (Strategy, Analytics, Creative, Data & Commerce) to translate marketing goals into actionable biddable strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience (7–10 years) managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid search and paid social ecosystems, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in automated bidding strategies, feed management, audience layering, and advanced campaign structures.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive campaign efficiency, ROI, and conversion performance.
  • Experience managing high-budget accounts and complex media portfolios across multiple industries.
  • Familiarity with measurement and analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing, and A/B experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating on AOPs, media planning, and forecasting in partnership with senior clients.
  • Exposure to automation, scripts, and APIs for campaign management and reporting will be an added advantage.
  • Strong team management and mentoring skills, fostering upskilling and growth of mid-level and junior talent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage senior stakeholders and platform partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in performance/biddable media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI-led media optimization tools and automation platforms is an added advantag.
