We're looking for a Group Head who can lead, inspire, and scale a performance marketing team driving growth for some of India's most exciting DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Ownership: Lead and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategies on Meta and Google Ads for multiple DTC/eCommerce clients.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a pod/team of 810+ media buyers and account managers, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Client Growth Partner: Act as a senior client-facing lead, aligning marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring client NPS and retention.
- Execution Excellence: Oversee campaign structures, media planning, creative testing, funnel strategy, and optimization to deliver ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use advanced measurement frameworks (MMM, Incrementality, Marginal ROAS, CAPI) to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Retention, Copy, and Design teams to deliver full-funnel solutions.
- Process & SOPs: Build playbooks, audits, and systems for scaling accounts efficiently while maintaining profitability.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Performance Marketing (DTC/Ecommerce focused) with proven success on Meta and Google platforms.
- Leadership: Prior experience managing and scaling a team of 810+ members in an agency or growth-focused setup.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of campaign structures, optimization levers, attribution models, and creative testing frameworks.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate marketing metrics into business outcomes (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Client-First Mindset: Strong communication and problem-solving skills for senior stakeholder management.
- Ownership: A self-starter who thrives in high-growth, high-responsibility environments.
